Why use SubCoolFM?

We do things differently. We don’t use sub-contractors. We are a team of employed engineers, fully-vetted and continuously trained to the highest standards to carry out all aspects of air conditioning installation and maintenance. Each job has a designated project engineer from start to finish, with the expertise of the wider team and SubCool management behind them.  We don’t use sub-contractors so we don’t work on date rates, reluctant to answer call backs and customer requests. Quite simply, we offer the best service, workmanship and attention to detail in the South East.

Corporate citizenship

We are highly conscious of concerns about global climate change and co2 emissions, and we offer only the most efficient and sustainable options available on the market. We use pro-biotic cleaning problems rather than harsh chemicals in our servicing and we seek ways to minimise our environmental impact.

Jacob Swei, Managing Director & Lead Engineer

Jacob Swei founded Sub-Cool FM in 2014 after numerous years working in the air-conditioning industry. A qualified engineer, Jacob had frustrations and wanted to do things differently, so he started up his own business. Very quickly Jacob was able to build up a team around him,  and SubCool continues to grow.  His focus has been to provide a professional service with unrivalled attention to detail and a genuine passion to do the best for customers.

Jacob has witnessed first-hand over the years how larger companies carry out a basic standard of work at a premium price, hiding behind their status. That’s not the Sub-Cool way. SubCool ensure every job, no matter how big or small, is carried out above any national standard, using the longest-lasting, most hard-wearing materials the market can offer.
