We were tasked with fitting a full air conditioning system across the 3 storeys in a discreet and stylish fashion to fit in with the high-end luxury spec and location of this home.

With an increasing number of tropical nights (where the temperature doesn’t drop below 20 degrees), the ability to cool and manage heat and humidity in the bedroom can be essential for a good night’s sleep. The bedrooms have hidden units allowing for air to seamlessly filter in.

The specification was:
- Mitsubishi Electric M Series – ducted throughout
- Control 4 integration – allowing the units to be controlled by an Ipad
- Sleek grills to blend in with the decor
The developer wanted a premium product to fit the finish and standard of the property. Mitsubishi Electric M Series offered everything required. We installed five fully concealed units, ducted into the rooms. The system has an outdoor multi system.
Mitsubishi offer great warranties and availability on all parts. The air conditioning along with many other smart features of this place are app controlled from a central system.
