We are proud to be a part of the Crawley area community. We try to support a range of local charities and not for profit organisations as these are a key part of making this such a great place to live.
Crawley Open House
As part of a winter competition to win an air-conditioning installation, we undertook a campaign to help raise funds for the incredible Crawley Open House, a charity supporting the homeless and socially excluded in the wider Sussex area. The campaign raised over £1000. We were also delighted that The Cooling Post, one of the largest air conditioning new providers, featured our campaign to further support the cause.
Supporting local care homes
In the difficult times of spring 2020, we have pledged to donate a mobile air conditioning unit to a care home for each order made with us. The staff at care homes have been going above and beyond during Corona Virus to keep vulnerable members of our community safe. We are currently looking forward to delivering our first unit.
Mark Lay Foundation
We are delighted to have supported this amazing charity by fundraising and sponsoring their great Golf day amongst over things. Mark was a local lad and huge advocate for fundraising, spending much of his time in treatment also raising funds for charities close to his heart. His legacy continues through the Mark Lay Foundation which supports families going through cancer. They also offer a grant scheme that provides financial support and a chance for families to create lasting memories together.
Macmillan Cancer Support
Along with our neighbours, the great Cooke and Charman, we held a coffee morning at our business park in Turners Hill, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. It’s a well known national charity providing a wealth of support for people at all stages of the disease. Most of us know someone affected by cancer so its close to all our hearts.
Crawley Wasps
As sports fans, we were happy to sponsor a local football match held at East Grinstead, the most recent between the mighty Crawley Wasps and the Watford Ladies.
